Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The item is damaged during shipping

To be eligible for a return:

  • A return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the invoice, certificate of authenticity, and all original tags intact

Note: Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect product selection (size, design, etc.)

  • Customized or engraved products (unless damaged or defective)


Return Process

  1. Initiate a Request:
    Email us at tdlgoldanddiamonds@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, including:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Unboxing video and photos clearly showing the damage/defect

  2. Verification & Pickup:
    Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address.

  3. Quality Check:
    Upon receiving the item at our facility, our team will inspect the product to verify the claim.

  4. Refund:
    If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.


Terms & Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and untampered

  • Return claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

  • Items that fail our quality check will be sent back to the customer without a refund

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.22
