Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item has a manufacturing defect

The item is damaged during shipping
To be eligible for a return:

A return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the invoice, certificate of authenticity, and all original tags intact
Note: Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect product selection (size, design, etc.)

Customized or engraved products (unless damaged or defective)
Return Process

Initiate a Request:
Email us at tdlgoldanddiamonds@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, including:-
Order number

Description of the issue

Unboxing video and photos clearly showing the damage/defect

Verification & Pickup:
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address. -
Quality Check:
Upon receiving the item at our facility, our team will inspect the product to verify the claim. -
Refund:
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Terms & Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and untampered

Return claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

Items that fail our quality check will be sent back to the customer without a refund

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.22
